\because 5x^{-2/3}=45


\therefore x^{-2/3} = \dfrac{45}{5} = 9


x^{-2/3\times (-3/2) } = 9^{-3/2}


x = (3^2)^{-3/2}=3^{-3}=\dfrac{1}{27}
