Answer

  1. Since f(x) is an even function, f(x)=f(-x)

    f(\dfrac{1}{1-\sqrt{2}})=f(-(1+\sqrt{2})=f(1+\sqrt{2} )

    Therefore,

    f(1+\sqrt{2})- f(\dfrac{1}{1-\sqrt{2}})=0
